Our Fabio and Gaetano present us this professional hob from the Ilve line, produced in ITALY, in the Ilve factory in Campodarsego (Padua). Below we leave you the link of our visit to the Ilve factory if you are curious to see how a hob is produced cooking made in Italy.

It is precisely the Nostalgie line. The model in question is in antique white, but we remind you that it is also available in the following colours: WHITE, STAINLESS STEEL, GRAPHITE and COPPER. What has been said also applies to the other available sizes, namely: 60 and 70cm.

The models are the following: HCB70SN, HCB906N and HCB60N or HCB60C (the 60cm one). The DUAL burner mentioned in the video is an optional upon request. With this burner (in brass), it is possible to light only the internal part of the crown, to have maximum control over the most delicate cooking.

Pay particular attention to the video if you are approaching the purchase of a new built-in gas hob or an induction hob, and you are looking for a home professional product, i.e. designed for a domestic environment but which gives a nod to the sector professional.
