The product improves its performance with a high quality refractory stone plate with a diameter of 32cm which allows you to cook and/or heat pizza and focaccia at five cooking levels, up to a maximum temperature of 400 degrees. The refractory stone is equipped with a transparent non-stick treatment which makes the refractory stone super resistant to stains and residues and allows the quality of the stone to be maintained over time.
